Please be aware: Sittings are for 2 programs (starter/main or main/dessert) costing £15.95 per person. Sweets tend to be an extra £5.95.
Trains And Buses
Train: The closest primary line station is Cardiff Central. There was a fairly regular train service from Cardiff Central facility to Cardiff Queen Street facility. That is within 400 yards walking length regarding the prison.
Bus: because the jail is quite near the town center, any bus taking you into Cardiff passes the prison.
From M4 westbound: Leave M4 at Junction 29 in which the roadway splits (Swansea etc. off to the right and Cardiff to the left onto the A48M). Proceed with the double carriageway and make the 3rd exit (docks/Cardiff east, A4161). Remain on the A4161 and follow the signs for Cardiff City Centre, through a few sets of traffic lights with Cardiff Royal Infirmary additionally the Blind Institute (Shand home) on the left. From M4 eastbound: keep M4 at Junction 33 signposted Cardiff (Wales) Airport.
